Painting number 5 in my series of 12 paintings for this year is my ‘Ducks of Britain’ design. What makes this ducks species chart special is that I have managed to squeeze in all our British duck species as well as including both male and female representations of each species. As many duck species are very different in appearance when it comes to males and females, I wanted people to be able to recognise both when out and about looking at ducks.
I love ducks and they are one of our easily spotted wildlife types as you can go for a walk to your local park and see them easily. A great day out for the family to go duck spotting!
